The plant can realize 25000T annual output receiving and disposal of oily sludge, effectively realize oily product recovery rate of 98%, oil content index in water ≤ 50mg/l, water content index in oil ≤ 3%, solid oil content ≤ 1%, solid water content ≤ 55%. 

The biggest feature of it can not only realize the relevant index control requirements of users, but also realize highly integrated PLC automatic control, and each equipment can realize start-stop logic correlation and automatic start-stop control. the plant has the functions of fault monitoring and maintenance, such as liquid level, temperature, flow, density, rotational speed, equipment temperature rise, leakage and so on, which can realize remote and nearby mode operation and control. Also, the plant is equipped with a remote monitoring system. 

It can realize terminal controllability and monitoring. The plant adopts modular structure design, occupies a small area, and so on.
